Missy Hanover

Missy Hanover

Executive Director
Missy has spent most of her life as a horse trainer but always felt a deeper calling to serve. Working at the Marconi Automotive Museum and Foundation for Kids as the Executive Director has allowed her to combine her business background and her desire to serve, together to make a difference. She loves taking interest in our staff, overseeing the event business and being involved in all our fundraisers. Most of all she revels in the challenge of how to give more money to the charities we support.

In her spare time, Missy is a USEF Morgan horse judge, loves any activities with her dogs and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Shannon Randol

Shannon Randol

Marketing Coordinator
Shannon received her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a focus in Strategic Communication. During her studies she interned with numerous nonprofits including the American Red Cross and immediately was bitten by the philanthropy bug. She enjoys working for organizations with a bigger purpose.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Shannon is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan and loves sports, she also spends most of her time with her nose in a book.

Alli Nguyen

Sales & Event Coordinator
 Alli considers herself an interpersonal savvy event and meeting planner, who thrives on creating unforgettable events that leave a lasting impression on her clients and guests. Most importantly, she is overjoyed she is able to combine her passion of giving with event planning.

A self proclaimed foodie, you can find Alli trying new restaurants or traversing through Orange County looking for her next grand adventure.

Kristen Mitchell

Sales & Event Coordinator
Kristen graduated from BIOLA University with a Business Management degree and has over ten years’ experience in event planning. With an extensive background in production and design she enjoys creating memorable events for clients and guests. She is passionate about helping local youth and sees creating and planning events, coupled with helping children’s charities to be a perfect scenario.

Outside of the office, Kristen can be found in the kitchen trying new recipes or on the dance floor two-stepping with her husband.

Day Of Coordinator & White House Catering Manager
Kristin loves a good event, and especially thrives on making sure hosts and their guests have a seamless, unforgettable experience. She enjoys the opportunity to combine her background in event planning with supporting and learning about local nonprofits through events at The Marconi. Kristin is also the liaison for The Marconi’s exclusive caterer, White House Catering, and she enjoys the opportunity to facilitate excellence across the entire event.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys going on adventures with her toddler.

Todd Ottosen

Todd Ottosen

Operations Director
Todd has a great love of all things cars. Formerly of Joe’s Garage, the Marconi Automotive Museum is fortunate to have Todd on board as its Operations Director. He says he enjoys working with the Marconi Automotive Museum because it combines his great love of cars with helping kids in need. When Todd isn’t at work, you can find him on the golf course.

 

Chris Lopez

Night Manager
Chris is the night manager during evening events hosted at The Marconi and tackles any obstacle or task with diligence and a people pleasing attitude. He has worked at the museum for 5 years and is a former employee at Joe’s Garage. Chris feels fortunate to be in a position that combines his love of fast cars with helping the community.

When Chris isn’t working his two jobs, he enjoys spending quality time with his two sons.

Vicki Estrada

Administrative Assistant
Vicki likes cars and people! At the Marconi, she enjoys greeting our visitors from all around the world, and of course, walking among the incredible car collection, is an added bonus.  She is deeply passionate about helping children in need and loves that the Marconi Foundation for Kids sets a goal of giving back to so many local children’s organizations.

She is a mother of two sons, who are both former Marines.  She will always have a place in her heart for organizations that help our current military and veterans.

Counselor Working Toward Her Doctorate
Rosie, aka The Rose, delights in her daily job of spending each day harassing her brother Davy. She loves visitors too and is always willing to lead the charge in giving tours. Stop in and ask for Rose. She will be thrilled to see you.

Since Davy’s career began at the Marconi Automotive Museum, he has grown into a strapping young lad. He faithfully and enthusiastically greets visitors and welcomes them into his “home”.  He says to please stop in and ask for him the next time you are in our neighborhood.
