We held a birthday party at the Marconi earlier this year. The event could not have gone better; we received a lot of compliments from our guests on the venue, food and entertainment. Working with the Event coordinator, Sydney, was a breeze. She was extremely responsive to our requests, and proactive in following up on details. Many venues have a lot of rules and restrictions, but Sydney worked with us to make our event feel special with our own touches. I highly recommend this venue and their people to host any type of event.

We hosted our corporate tech event at the Marconi Automotive Museum and had an excellent experience! From the initial planning process to execution day, Sydney, Monique, and the team were responsive, accommodating, flexible, and friendly! An event planner’s dream! Our guests enjoyed having a built-in experience during our event – getting to geek out at all the awesome cars and entire Marconi collection. Sydney, Monique, Vincent, and Victor went above and beyond to make sure our event went smoothly. Helped our guests park in the lot, helped set up, and move any furniture, and were always around in case I needed anything. I hope we come back to the Irvine area so I can host another event here.

Words cannot express how much we loved working with the Marconi Automotive Museum on the Bill Shumard Hall of Fame Awards. The venue, presentation, catering, and staffing were excellent. I came here for a business seminar and was impressed with the number and pristine condition of the vehicles. It was cool to see some race cars hanging from the wall on either side of the projector. They had a great setup including complimentary valet parking for all attendees as well as buffet lunch and dessert stations. Although my time was spent working and networking, I would like to go back the next time I’m in the area and pay more attention to the collection.

If you are looking for a fun and unique place to visit or host an event in Tustin, you should check out the Marconi Auto Museum. My wife, daughter, and I went there this summer, and we were amazed by the variety of cars and motorcycles they have on display. They have everything from classic cars to movie cars like the Batmobile and KITT. The best part is that the museum is a non-profit organization that supports children’s charities in Orange County. The Marconi family are very generous and friendly people who care about the community. I also had the opportunity to organize a security event for my company at the museum in October. It was a great success, thanks to the help of Sydney, our Event Coordinator. She was very professional and attentive to our needs. The museum was a perfect venue for our event, as it provided a lot of space and entertainment for our guests. Many of them were impressed by the museum and its mission. I would highly recommend the Marconi Auto Museum to anyone who is looking for a fun and meaningful experience in Tustin. Whether you are a car enthusiast or not, you will find something to enjoy and appreciate at the museum.

We recently held a gala event at the Marconi Auto Museum for 150 people. The venue was perfect! Though it’s a car museum, with their help, we were able to make the room elegant. Our guests loved wandering through the amazing car collection, the individual areas were comfortable, light, and well temperature controlled. Monique Marconi and her associates were the best to work with, giving every detail their individual attention. They shared vendors with us, met with us multiple times to address concerns we had along the way and worked hard the night of the event to make sure everything went smoothly. We love that the Marconi family gives the proceeds of the museum to children’s charities in the area — we felt good that our costs were going to help children! I am the Director of Development at a private school in Hacienda Heights, and we just held our annual Silent Auction at the Marconi. This was the first time holding our event at this location, and I am SO glad that we did! From Sydney’s impeccable attention to detail to the ease of working with the whole Marconi staff, our auction was more successful than I could have even hoped! The Marconi family was gracious and an incredible hosts, sharing recommendations for an auctioneer and a caterer. We decided to go with White House Catering, who works very closely with the Marconi, and the food was amazing, as was the service. Not only was our Silent Auction the most successful financially, but it was also the most fun we’ve ever had at this event. I can’t recommend highly enough to partner with the Marconi for your next big gala!

Marconi went above and beyond. We had some issues and challenges on the day of our event and I wanted to see how they were going to handle them. They went the extra mile and earned a customer for life! Great Job on helping us pull off our event. Marconi did what was right but the customer ensuring a long term relationship.
