[column width=”1/1″ last=”true” title=” title_type=”single” animation=”none” implicit=”true”] How to Plan a Bar/Bat Mitzvah at The Marconi Automotive Museum that gives your guests something to talk about for years to come. A Bar/Bat Mitzvah party is a huge milestone for Jewish parents celebrating their son or daughter. So, why not make it a day to remember and book it at the only event venue dripping in adrenaline. We’ll even give you a list of reasons why and how …

Step One: Call an Event Coordinator to Check Availability

The sooner you can lock in a date with the venue, the better. On average, the bar/bat mitzvah previously hosted at The Marconi have locked in their dates a full year in advance, at least! The best part about getting your special date on hold at the museum? No down payment is required! Simply call one of our event coordinators to check availability and get a quote. They don’t bite, promise. Our two coordinators strive at making everyone feel comfortable.

Step Two: Pick Your Theme

Rosso Corsa a.k.a. Ferrari red, looks pretty good around all of the museum’s exotic super cars, jus sayin’. Red ain’t the only color though, we’ve had a few awesome bar/bat mitzvah themes throughout the years.
  • Soccer theme with blue and silver
  • Tropic theme with green, yellow and orange
  • Fancy race car theme with red, yellow accents and race checkers
  • Disco theme with record center pieces, bright blue and white swagging

Step Three: Figure Out Entertainment & Food

Do you want a DJ (we know an awesome one who specializes in bar/bat mitzvah)? How about a 7-piece band? Oh! Or maybe an entertainment group like Dueling Pianos or Flash Pants. That’s one of the best parts about book at The Marconi, our event coordinators can help you navigate through all of your options. We also have an in-house caterer, White House Catering. A company in line with our mission to help at-risk youth throughout Orange County. White House Catering is a part of Caterina’s Club, an organization founded by Bruno Serato and feeds needy children.

Step Four: Work Out Your Timeline & Communicate it to Your Coordinator

Let your Marconi Coordinator know how you want the day to be navigated and they’ll draft up a timeline for everyone to follow, as well as make sure every vendor and staff is updated. We also provide a day-of coordinator for your event and a crew to help with spills or anything extra you need done. The Marconi Crew promises to do all the work while you enjoy the day, we don’t want any of our clients sweatin’ the small stuff!

Step Five: SIT BACK & RELAX

This is the most important part of hosting an event at #TheMarconi – We do the work so you don’t have to. We want our event clients to live in the moment and remember all of the day’s special memories. Life is unique and so should be your venue.
