Marconi Foundation for Kids is a class 501(c)(3) nonprofit that donates a portion of net proceeds from booked events and museum visitors to local at-risk children’s charities.

Our mission is to help raise awareness and funding for service organizations that specialize in helping children in need throughout our community. We support organizations such as Olive Crest, Orange County Rescue Mission, Covenant House California, KidWorks, and many more throughout the year. We strive to raise one million dollars each year, no donation is too small.

Dick Marconi donated his multi-million dollar car collection and the building that housed it to create the Marconi Automotive Museum & Foundation for Kids.

After Dick founded the museum in 1994 it has been through his vision that we remain diligent in staying engaged with a variety of children’s charities here in Southern California because if we understand what is needed throughout the community, we can do our part to keep everybody in our database motivated to do their part. Fight Night Annual Fundraiser

This annual fundraiser is an action packing evening filled with California Athletic Commission sanctioned world-class boxing and kickboxing. Every year Marconi Foundation for Kids partners with another local at-risk children charity and splits the evening’s net proceeds. This is definitely an evening and an event you don’t want to miss.

Community Outreach Programs

Open House

Once a year on a Sunday we open the museum to the public for this FREE event that’s fun for the entire family. There’s live music, food trucks, raffles and a chance to meet Dick Marconi.

Sleep Out

Marconi Foundation for Kids participates in the Sleep Out fundraiser each November by committing to raise over $25,000 for Covenant House’s homeless youth programs by sleeping out on the streets of Los Angeles.

Toy Drive

Starting at the beginning of fall we ask our corporate clients and museum visitors to bring in toys to  participate in our annual Toy Drive tradition which benefits local children charities for the holidays.
